From the Real Wear device, field technicians can trigger calls by scanning special QR Codes. Notifications are sent to specific back-office individuals or to teams. Host Control: The back-office participant (host) manages all features used in the session, freeing the frontline worker to fully focus on the task at hand. Snapshot: The video stream from the Real Wear device can be cast to the meeting.
